**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 1+ years required; 2 or more years preferred

**License:** RN

**Certifications:** BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring, ACLS

**Must-Have:** Experience in Antepartum, Intrapartum, Post-Partum; Circulating for C Sections, PPBTL, D&Cs, Management of Hemorrhage

**Job Description:**

- Provide patient care in a 16-bed Labor & Delivery/Postpartum unit
- Strive to maintain AWHONN Standards for patient ratios
- Care for adult and newborn patient populations
- Utilize Centricity, Perinatal, and Meditech Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Function as part of a team to deliver comprehensive care
- Shared weekend hours without on-call requirements
- Demonstrate a flexible, team-oriented, positive attitude
- Follow specific dress code requirements, excluding jeans or camo scrubs
- Participate in orientation and adhere to facility guidelines for care and conduct

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose and treat conditions such as pre-eclampsia, inductions, and C-sections
- Float to Special Care Nursery as required
- Report to unit supervisor and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
