**Must-Have:**

- 3+ years of Critical Care and PACU experience
- Experience with ventilator management
- Management of medication drips & arterial line management
- Experience with lumbar drains & EVD drains
- Dysrhythmia identification skills

**Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The unit features 18 beds, with patient ratios based on ASPAN guidelines and patient acuity, including ICU 1:2, Med surg 2-3:1, and 1:1 during the initial recovery period. This position requires a critical thinker and reliable team player who is punctual and flexible. The candidate should be a strong patient advocate and work well both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Our facility is known for providing groundbreaking and comprehensive care, with recognition in heart care treatment and various transplant procedures. We provide surgical scrubs, and the role requires management of state-of-the-art medical equipment, including ventilators and monitors.

Patients primarily include those undergoing general, colorectal, endoscopic, ENT, gynecologic, neurology, plastics, thoracic, vascular, transplant, spinal, IR, and endocrinology surgeries. Experience with transplant cases, especially kidney and pancreas, is preferable.
