**Job Description:**
- Provide care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals pre, during, and post-dialysis sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner PowerChart.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
- Adhere to the unit's cancellation policy, which includes a specific allowance for shift cancellations based on assignment duration.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities in the acute care setting.

Candidates should be detail-oriented and compassionate, demonstrating proficiency in administering dialysis treatments and patient care in an acute division setting.
