Office Admin- Customer Service

This position involves a high element of communication and clerical tasks answering phones from customers needing service and the service advisor in the office, creating work orders and maintaining accurate records.
This position is 100% on-site (not remote) in ab office environment using standard office equipment. Ability to answer phones, speak with customers, listen, collaborate with office staff, and follow-up.
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $16/hr
Business Casual Attire and skills- phone and email proficient
What will I be doing?:
Customer interaction via phone or email.
Create and write Customer service tickets.
Follow-up with customers
Collaborate with Service team
Perform other Service Department administrative tasks
Answer phones
Assist customers when possible or refers to appropriate Service Advisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Verbal communication skills, Computer skills, organized and accurate, including the ability to type 30 words per minute; and use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Email at a highly proficient level.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
The ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to continue development to self-enhance personal performance
