Quality Control Inspector Job Description:
- Quality Control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, training etc.
- Inspect product per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing and Test Procedures.
- Generate Non-Confirming Material Reports (NCMR’s).
- Conducting internal audits upon direction (i.e. calibration, pest controls etc.).
- Utilizing ERP (AX).
- Participate in external audits advocating the company (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory).
- Other activities and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 or more years of Inspection experience in a medical device environment.
- Some experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner, etc.).
- Ability to read, understand and interpret various prints, manufacturing, and test procedures.
- Good mathematical ability and the ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.
Compensation for Quality Control Inspector:
The starting salary for the Quality Control Inspector position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour.
