**Must-Have:**
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience
- Flexibility and a positive attitude

**Job Description:**

- Primary assignment is a specified hospital; travelers may be required to float to other hospitals in the region.
- CNA will receive a 2-hour notification for work assignment; expected to complete the shift at the assigned location.
- Solid communication between staffing leaders and nursing supervisors is essential to ensure no mid-shift floating.
- Float duties include primarily sitter responsibilities with a potential 50% utilization as a CNA.
- Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, feeding, ambulation, turning/positioning, and hourly rounding.
- Charge Nurse and House Supervisor available with additional Resource Nurses in some units.
- 36 hours per week schedule with block scheduling allowed.
- Weekend work required every other weekend, with potential holiday work depending on need.
- Professional appearance required with the flexibility of scrub colors.
- One week of department-specific orientation provided, including training on the Epic Charting System.
- Candidates should be flexible and maintain a positive attitude as the system is undergoing initial implementation, which may have a learning curve.
