The Talent Acquisition Director (TAD) leads and supports a team of recruiting professionals responsible for managing hiring processes across all position levels for operations in 12 Wisconsin counties. th readiness of the Company by establishing our ability to attract qualified talent. The Talent Acquisition Director (TAD) reports to the Executive Director of HIL.
