Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a flexible critical care pool.
- Participate in the rotation for every other holiday, ensuring patient care continuity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly identifying any changes and communicating them to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development activities to maintain certification requirements.
