**Must-Have:** Strong clinical skills; ability to assume full responsibility for patient care

**Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care for a hospital observation unit. The unit has a capacity of 36 beds and serves a diverse population of medical patients, including overflow from medical/surgical patients ranging from young adults to late adults (ages 18 to 60+). Nurses are expected to manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. The core staffing plan includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, and Nurse Interns. This role requires flexibility in staffing and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
