- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement care plans for patients with telemetry needs.
- Maintain a nurse-patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring quality patient care and safety.
- Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
- Support floating requirements to medical/surgical areas as needed and within skill set.
- Work every other weekend, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the nursing dress code.
