Responsibilities:
The triage position is currently onsite
The position is our first line phone technician.
The Pharmacy technician will help to troubleshoot issues and transfer the call to the correct place.
Will also set up deliveries or answer straightforward questions.

Requirements
looking for someone with experience talking to patients on the phone so either retail techs or techs from insurance companies.
