**Must-Have:** Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care in a 198-bed level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites.
- Support healthcare services including medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth, oncology, nephrology, pediatrics, behavioral health, day surgery, and imaging.
- Work collaboratively within a team nursing and Pod System environment.
- Utilize advanced equipment including Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle and Istat POC, and Ultrasound Guided IV.
- Engage in patient care for diverse populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients with conditions like ESRD, cirrhosis, COPD, psychiatric disorders.
- Handle common diagnoses and treatments such as ESRD, substance abuse disorders, psychological disorders, COPD, CHF, abdominal and chest pain.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 in the Main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track.
- Collaborate with a social worker and unit educator assigned to the department.
- Effectively use Cerner EHR for patient documentation and care coordination.
