- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Float as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit.
- Deliver patient-focused care, adhering to department protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
