**Job Title:** Certified Surgical Technologist / Operating Room Technician

**Must-Have:**
- Strong neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular experience

**Job Description:**

- No on-call requirement
- Must effectively collaborate with the surgical team
- Ensure a sterile environment in the operating room
- Prepare instruments and equipment necessary for surgical procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be willing to float between units if necessary
- Will engage in standard operating room duties, including pre-operative and post-operative care
- Compliance with dress code and adherence to established protocols
