Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• General Surgery Physician

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift Availability: 8hrs rotation with 24hr call. Providers will be onsite for 8hrs and can continue call offsite

• Call Schedule / Responsibilities – 24hr call rotation

• Inpatient and Outpatient ; Adults and Geriatrics

• Avg PPD: 12-14

• Beds: inpatient 25

• What specific procedures are required? – none requested

• EMR – EPIC, and provider must be proficient

• Travel Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required

• Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 60 days, no temps

• Credentialing with other facilities? Yes

• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AK license Required

• Will a licensing candidate be considered; IMLC providers – no

• Board Certified - required

• Other Certifications – BLS, ACLS

• Clean Malpractice - Required

• Clean Background - Required
