**Must-Have:**
- Two satisfactory professional references from recent employers (1 supervisor/manager and 1 charge RN acceptable)
- Comfortable with floating within the hospital without restrictions

**Job Description:**
- Work in the 3ET PCU/Telemetry unit, covering shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 within a 17-bed unit.
- Compliance with all health and safety guidelines, including mandatory flu vaccination.
- Provide high-quality care, monitoring heart rates, blood pressure, breathing, and other vital signs.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain strong communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in a 24-hour orientation program.
- Must be flexible to float to other units when necessary and have no location restrictions.
- Return travelers: Must be away for at least 6 months prior to rejoining.
- Return staff: Must have a 12-month gap before returning as a traveler.
- Provide requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission; changes are not permitted post-submission.
- Ensure compliance documents are submitted 5 days prior to the start date.
- Eligible candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the hospital. Locals under 50 miles are not permitted.
- Orientation consists of 24 non-billable hours.
