Must-Have:
- Experience with Meditech
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skill in performing typical procedures on a Med Surg unit

Job Description:
- Collecting and documenting patient data
- Providing care on the Medicine 3 unit, specifically on 3 North
- Working with a team of 11 staff members, including charge nurses, nurses, patient care techs, and unit coordinators
- Maintaining patient ratios of 1-5 or 6
- Using equipment such as IV pumps and vital sign machines
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
- Conducting hourly rounding and following Aidet principles
- Demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude towards patients
- Flexibility in work schedule, including rotating weekends
- Ensuring adherence to unit guidelines and policies
- Ability to float to other Med Surg areas as needed
