- Two years of NICU experience
- Skills in infant assessment, IV management, and respiratory support management

**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit with 146 beds, including Level 3, 4, and Level 2 care
- Provide care with a team of 376 staff members, with variations in staffing based on census and acuity
- Manage patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4, depending on acuity
- Utilize all NICU equipment and document care using Meditech & CPN EMR systems
- Engage in procedures such as LP, central line placement, circumcision, and eye exams
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a focus on parent satisfaction and patient safety
- Float to all NICU areas, general nursery, and pediatrics with infant assignment as needed
- Adhere to dress code with royal blue scrubs, following unit guidelines for bare below the elbows
- Commit to a minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 2 Monday/Friday shifts per 4-week schedule, with holiday shifts according to unit guidelines

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and satisfaction in patient care. Preferred candidates have Level 4 NICU experience and previous experience in similar healthcare settings.
