Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements as needed.
  • Act as point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing special projects or events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize actions, as well as respond on behalf of executives when necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Desired Skills
  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience encouraged.
  • Values that exude being Genuine, Progressive, and an Advocate
  • Must be able to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and other team members on the telephone, in person, and in writing (email, internal chats, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have good organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must understand deadlines, quick turn arounds, sense of urgency, and be comfortable working with multiple people/teams with the ability to focus on the job.
