**Overview**

SOSi is currently seeking an experienced **Senior Project Coordinator** to join our team and support our government customer in the **Washington, DC metro area** **.** In this role, the candidate will provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff for the customer cybersecurity organization. You will be a key part of the Program Management Office team.

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.

+ Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.

+ Consult with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Master's degree in management or related field.

+ Minimum ten (10) years' experience providing oversight and executive level management to multiple programs/projects and experience managing relationships with senior level management within the client organization.

+ Current PMP.

+ Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills.

+ Thorough understanding of AGILE methodologies.

+ Proven experience managing technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Relevant Agile Program Management certification.

**Work Environment**

+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

+ Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

+ May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
