We are a fast-growing independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in San Diego, Ca (POWAY, 92064). Our mission is to provide exceptional, reliable, and timely delivery services to Amazon customers while maintaining a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and help us scale our business while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Amazon DSP Experience a Plus

Position Overview: The Lead Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery service, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Dispatcher, you will lead a team of delivery associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

* MUST HAVE 1 year minimum experience as a Dispatcher for an Amazon DSP.
* Proven track record of managing and improving operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with Amazon's delivery operations, processes, and performance metrics is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with routing and dispatch software.
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time: $21/ hour with OT, Bonus and Benefit Compensation.
