Schedule:

* Full-time
* 72 hours every two weeks
* 12 hour days or 12 hour nights
* Every third weekend, rotating holidays

Shift differential incentives: Receive more for the off shifts you work

* $4.00 per hour for straight nights
* $2.000 per hour for weekends

Responsibilities include:

* Assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients requiring airway assistance and administering diagnostic procedures.
* Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
* Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
* Support a Level III NICU, Level II Trauma Center and 28-bed Gold Beacon ICU
* Mentor for new graduates that start their careers with our team

Qualifications:

* Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
* Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
* Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
* NICU/Pediatric specialists must be certified by the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, can be obtained within unit
* To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
