The Director of Student Conduct is responsible for the administration of the University's student conduct process and serves as the lead conduct officer, adjudicating cases of moderate to serious violations of the student code of conduct, including sexual misconduct and Title IX cases. The Director also provides training for university student conduct officers, professional and paraprofessional staff who administer policies and procedures with Residence Life and Student Affairs. The Director offers alternative forms of dispute resolution when appropriate and provides regular updates to the campus community regarding compliance and regulatory issues in higher education connected to student misconduct., The Director serves as a member of the University's Sexual Misconduct and Interpersonal Violence Response Team, in accordance with the University's process when there are allegations of student-to-student sexual misconduct, interpersonal violence, sexual exploitation or stalking.
