Position Details: This is a full-time permanent position with travel within the defined territory, offering stability and growth opportunities. As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with Vantage Surgical Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role not only in the operating room but also in inventory management and regional logistics efforts, which may involve the movement and setup of equipment.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
- CST Certification required for some states (obtainable within 90 days of employment).
- CST or TS-C
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capability to complete overnight travel 2-3 nights weekly.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Ophthalmology Experience a plus
