Responsibilities
Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician who is interested in an outpatient primary care practice located in Zionsville, Indiana. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with established and well respected partners in a collegial office setting. Supportive environment - both partners and leadership engaged in success and growth of new provider. This setting provides the benefit of practicing autonomously while still having the advantages of a large physician group.
* Clinic Hours: 7am-6pm, 4 day work is a possibility
* Call: Every 8th or 9th day
* See approximately 18-20 patients per day
* Onsite lab

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
* Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
* Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
