Job Description- Responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

* Open & close bar
* Make and serve drinks
* Cleaning of tables and bar area
* Maintain storage room where alcohol is kept and keep inventory levels
* Restock items when necessary
* Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar & bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
* Display knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
* Be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities

Job Requirements:

* Previous bartending or training required
* Must be 21 years of age
* Be self motivated and able to work independently
* Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
* Knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus
* Have working knowledge of beer, wine & liquor and common drink recipes
* Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
* Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
* Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
* Open Availability-This would include evening and weekends
* 1-2 Years experience at making craft cocktails
* Bar Lead experience would be a plus
