  • Provide clinical care in an outpatient setting.
  • Outpatient consultation in general neurology
  • Provide supervision and teaching of internal medicine and psychiatry residents.
  • Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
  • Performs other administrative, professional, consultative duties as needed by the department Chairperson.
  • Opportunities for administrative and clinical research.

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology.
• Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.
• Subspecialty training welcomed. Preference for EMG training but not required.

  • Eligibility for the state-sponsored DANY (Doctors Across New York) scholarship for up to $120,000 of additional loan forgiveness, separate from PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
