Job Description:
A family in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced and energetic nanny to care for their two girls, aged 2 and 4 years old. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and reliable, with a passion for providing engaging activities and experiences for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care for two girls, aged 2 and 4 years old.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, educational games, and outdoor play.
- Research and plan outings to parks, playgrounds, and local attractions.
- Transport children to and from activities and appointments safely.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care, such as tidying up play areas and children's laundry.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Follow any established routines or schedules set by the parents.
- Maintain open and clear communication with the parents regarding the children's activities, development, and any concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be comfortable driving children to various activities and outings.
- Energetic, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire.
- Must provide a minimum of 2 references from previous childcare positions.
