At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in We're growing our team here in Westlake, Texas:

Compensation: $55K / YR

Shift: Open availability

About the job:

* Responsible for security service delivery
* Previous supervisor experience in a related field required; prior military, police preferred
* Oversees constant vehicle patrols and will operate the company vehicle to oversee guard services. Carefully screen for safe driving.
* Will oversee a very large area and will need to have familiarization with geography and neighborhoods. A good sense of direction and map familiarization are ideal.
* Will receive detailed training on the job duties (1-2 weeks)

Your background:

* Must have winteam experience
* Must have scheduling experience
* MUST have a valid DL and pass MVR
* MUST have Military, Law Enforcement experience
* You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
* You have a state license if required.
* Effective communication skills (email, phone, in person). Ability to de-escalate situations with residents and customers while meeting overall security requirements.
