Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health team in Denver. We're looking for compassionate professionals to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in their homes. While pediatric experience is preferred, we welcome all qualified LPNs passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

Location: Denver Metro Area

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Patient Type: Primarily Pediatric

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
* Develop and implement personalized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and document patient conditions and treatment effectiveness
* Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures
* Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
* Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications:

* Current Colorado LPN license
* Valid BLS certification
* Current health certificate and PPD/chest X-ray
* Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
* Strong assessment and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
* Reliable transportation
