How do you excel in this position
The Collections Specialist is responsible for leading credit and collection activities with support from the business units' operating teams, as necessary . This individual will be expected to meet DSO targets established for each business unit along with the creation of monthly metrics/dashboard for management reporting.
What are we looking for
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 5 years of p roven customer service and/or collections experience.
+ Experience with monthly reporting (DSO).
+ Working with ERP system or similar.
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills required.
+ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
+ Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
