* manage the client onboarding process by gathering the correct information and documentation required to open new accounts

* keep management systems up-to-date with client information
* provide daily operational support to clients, fielding calls and answering questions

Your expertise

* previous experience in client service, within the financial services
* strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills
* eager to learn, results oriented, a self-starter, motivated, independent, goal oriented
* proven track record of success, responsibility and attention to detail
* sense of urgency and purpose within an ever-changing environment
* ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment, natural inclination to customer service
* ideally 2+ years of experience in financial services
* bachelor's degree required
