We are looking for Operations Supervisor role at our Palmetto Site. This would be for 1st and 2nd Shift

About the Role

How you will contribute

* Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
* Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
* Assign approved service provider for transportation based on the approved carrier matrix, mode, service level, and cost efficiency to meet the customer's expectations.
* Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained.
* Proactively works with operations to identify shipments at risk of not meeting secure dates based on mode, service level, miles, equipment type.
* Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

* Experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties; preferably in automotive or logistics industry.
* Knowledge of principles and procedures used in material planning and logistics operations and practices.
* Knowledge of various means of transport / transit times.
