**Required Qualifications:**
+ PharmD Pharmacy. Or
+ Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy.
+ upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
+ Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
