The Senior Director, Corporate Compliance & Ethics reports directly to the SVP, Corporate Compliance & Ethics and Risk Operations, and leads the compliance & ethics programs for Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA). This position effectively leads our Corporate Compliance & Ethics programs which include Code of Conduct and corporate ethics administration; corporate investigations; compliance and ethics training, communications, education and awareness initiatives; corporate policy and procedure administration; conflict of interest administration; gifts and entertainment administration; political activities and contributions administration; and regulatory reporting.

* Strategically leads the Compliance & Ethics Department addressing allegations of internal and external allegations of misconduct and noncompliance.
* Effectively leads and manages compliance & ethics communications and awareness, education and training of CCA staff on behalf of the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Department.
* Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including federal and state regulatory entities, Hurman Resources, Quality Assurance & Control, Legal, and FWA among others.
* Maintains the Compliance training program for end users to properly educate employees and business partners regarding requirements and responsibilities.
* Manages Conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment, compliance & ethics protocols, Code of Conduct, CCA policy & procedure processes
* Develops and delivers clear, effective and timely updates for compliance committees, senior management and/or the Board, regarding compliance effectiveness, initiatives and issues, including all relevant metrics, dashboards and information.
* Stays abreast of standards and requirements, including all relevant laws, rules and industry standards and company practices.
* Directs and coordinates the daily activities of the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Department
* Supports and facilitates the development and compilation of various compliance program metrics, dashboards, key risk/performance indicators, tolerances, thresholds, limits, and other measures of program effectiveness.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Promptly, in good faith, report any instances of suspected fraud, waste and abuse; suspected privacy and/or security incidents; or any compliance concerns identified
* Ensure confidentiality of member and company proprietary information is maintained

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 8-10 years of compliance experience with increasingly progressive responsibility required.
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a managerial/leadership role managing a team directly.
* Functional subject matter expertise in leading a large, regulated compliance program.
* Proven ability to effectively and timely manage multiple initiatives and cross- departmental projects.
* Experience in designing compliance training programs for all levels of the organization.
* Strong partnership-, relationship-, consensus- and coalition-building skills required.
* Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness required.
* Strong executive polish and presence required.
* Strong strategic, business, operational, and leadership mindset and skills required. Highly consultative and partnership-oriented in approach.
