Your Job

  • Report to the DON and/or facility admin regarding staffing and scheduling
  • Manage full-time, per diem, and (in some cases) travel staff schedule requests
  • Input open shifts into a scheduling system
  • Filing the paperwork and reports of inpatients quickly and accurately.
  • Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
  • Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts.
  • Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Routinely makes rounds and responsively provides proper resident care and service.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Who You Are
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a busy environment
  • Motivated and organized team-player
  • Ability to process and rely urgent communications in a timely manner
  • Detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
