Our TPO Division is looking to hire a TPO Support Specialist.

ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.

Job Title: TPO Support SpecialistReports To: TPO Support Team Lead/AVP Non-QM Ops
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: TPO Operations

Division: TPO

Salary Range: $45K to $55K

Summary: Collaborates with TPO Customers and Account Executives for onboarding and continued maintenance and support, along with required and requested training for the company's TPO Portal. Responsible for assisting AE's and Relationship Managers to resolve navigation issues within the TPO Portal.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Review incoming broker/NDC packages for completeness, submit package to Compliance Team for review and approval, communicate any deficiencies to our TPO partners and Account Executives, and ultimately issue Welcome Letters once approved.
  • Management of TPO credentials in the portal, including setting up new users, terminating prior users, and maintaining ongoing maintenance with the accounts.
  • Facilitate training needs analysis with Leadership, Account Executives, and Brokers.
  • Partner with wholesale departments within the company to support training needs for new and existing Broker and NDC customers.
  • Supply feedback on portal training programs, course content and instructional material.
  • Act as main point of contact for assisting TPO and NDC accounts when encountering issues navigating through the Portal.
  • Maintain library of training material.
  • Assist with backing up loan set up department, reviewing incoming packages for completeness, obtaining deficient items from TPO partners and ultimately submitting files into underwriting.
  • Other duties may be required and assigned.

Skills:
Proven experience with the Encompass LOS system

Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset

Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills

Organizational and time management abilities

Education/Experience:
BS/BA in Business or Public Speaking field is desired but not required

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
