Job Description:
Assist participants/residents/patients/clients who are functionally, physically and/or socially impaired with those activities of daily living agreed upon in their Service Plan, at the same time fostering independence, freedom of choice, and dignity and safety. Required Qualifications:
* 3 months experience of long-term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative care
* Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
* Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months Assisted Living experience
