Our client, a National Courier Company, is seeking an AP/AR Administrator for their Ashburn, VA location. This company provides customer service and operational functions on a local and national level. Location: Ashburn,VA
Schedule: Mon-Fri. Standard business hours
Compensation: $25.00

Job Responsibilities:
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
  • Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.
  • Creates reports regarding the status of client accounts as requested.
  • Research client discrepancies and past-due amounts
  • Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
  • Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
  • Relays changes of information to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • At least two years of accounting experience or related experiences
  • Detail oriented
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
