**Location:** 2065 NE Williamson Court, Bend, OR
**Schedule:** PART-TIME - at least 24 HOURS per week, 3 days per week
**Operating Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST w/60 min lunch & rotational on call responsibilities
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Duties related to fulfillment of prescription orders
+ Dispense any or all of the following, unit dose, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, enteral, and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policy and procedures
+ May compound medications using appropriate components, supplies, and sterile ventilated environment
+ Process pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies, and patient collateral materials are included
+ May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs/supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ Current & active state of Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
+ Current & active PTCB National Certification
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of former infusion pharmacy experience
+ 1+ years of previous pharmacy-related experience (hospital, infusion, or retail)
