The ideal candidate will be an American Board of Spine Surgery Boarded Physician, interested in a mixed practice heavily focused on Spinal diseases and conditions, spine care and diagnosis and treatment of spinal diseases and conditions.

You will have access to a multi-specialty team of an experienced board certified orthopedic spinal surgeon and 3 board certified anesthesiologists with interventional pain management fellowships.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Performing routine examinations specific to orthopedic function and musculoskeletal disease
* Performing hospital based spine procedures and spine surgery
* Creating and managing patient treatment plans
* Observing patient outcomes--recommending changes to the treatment plan as necessary
* Documenting all aspects of the patient experience via EMR
* Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatment
* Adherence to medical state medical board guidelines, laws and restrictions
* Collaboration and supervision of the PA's
