Supervisor, Mailing Distribution Center Production

***Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm, and requires on-site attendance daily.**
**Position Purpose:** Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers
+ Create and manage production processes and quality standards
+ Create and maintain production schedule
+ Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design
+ Maintain production machines
+ Manage and train production staff
+ Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
