Recovery Coach

Pay Rate: $20.00-22.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm some nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Training and certification appropriate to the role; recovery coach or certified peer specialist is preferred
* Must have lived experience with mental health, substance use conditions, or family supporting a family member with behavioral health challenges; and be in recovery. Prefer current or former recipient of behavioral health services.
* Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
* High energy level, flexibility, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a multidisciplinary team atmosphere while also working independently

The Recovery Coach is responsible for:

* Non-clinical support services within the Peer Recovery Support Centers to support members within the center.
* Providing this support from their own lived experience with addiction and/or co-occurring mental health disorders
* Providing health and wellness coaching to patients and assist them identifying and utilizing health and wellness supports in the community.
