A day in the life of a Customer Service Team Lead
  • Manages team of Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ensures customer satisfaction while achieving goals for calls and follow up to obtaining record requests
  • Maintains steady and consistent flow of information to Team and upper Management

Requirements for the Customer Service Team Lead position
  • Must have previous experience working in a legal environment (Legal Assistant, Paralegal, etc.)
  • Ability to manage a Team keeping them motivated and successful in achieving goals
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
