Are you a kind person who likes to help others? Are you looking for a part-time job? Community Hab DSP may be a good fit for you In this role, you would work with a person who has a developmental disability in their home and in their community. If you have no experience working with a person with developmental disabilities, don't worry, we provide paid training.

What do I get to do?

Many people want to explore their communities. You can go to places like these and get paid-

  • The movies, mini golf, farms, sporting events, go fishing, libraries, bowling alleys and local restaurants. Or you may join Social Club events like dances, Lake George boat Cruises, or rodeos.
  • At home you might teach a person to cook dessert or help them feed their chickens.

. It's really based on the person's interests.
