Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Student Affairs department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and student activities to enhance the overall student experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding student affairs matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of student-related initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote student engagement, success, and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a higher education or university setting.
- Demonstrated administrative work experience, preferably in student affairs or related areas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive university experience for students.
