The Clinical and Business Coordinator's role is to assist the department director in the day - to - day management of departmental operations and personnel management. * Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with
performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assists with selection process of new staff as directed.
* Cross-trains to Nursing Supervisor and covers as assigned
* Leads unit in the Director's absence, responsible and accountable for daily operations, quality, patient safety, productivity, and performance metrics
* Assigned direct reports and completes performance evaluations as assigned

Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.

Minimum Education
□ Bachelor's degree □ Preferred X Required

Minimum Work Experience
Required: 3 years of experience as Registered Nurse in an acute setting
Preferred: 5 years experience as Registered Nurse in an outpatient procedural or surgical setting
Preferred: Specialty certification in nursing (CNOR, ASPAN)
