Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Supervisor:

* Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
* Administer direct care as necessary.
* Give and receive shift reports.
* Round twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
* Keep physicians and families aware of changes in resident's condition.
* Assist in developing comprehensive care plans
* Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident
* Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
* Respond to resident emergency call system.
* Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
* Accompanies physicians when making rounds.
* Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN with a current license in Florida.
* At least 6 months experience in geriatric nursing a plus.
* Supervisory experience a plus.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
* Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
