Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all projects are completed ahead of time and under budget.
* Develop, communicate, and implement strategies tailored to each work cell to increase manufacturing capacity.
* Provide leadership and direction to department leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
* Ensure that the company is complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to equipment fabrication / manufacturing industry including city and state environmental regulations.
* Manage the overall operations to embrace and be accountable to all applicable safety regulations and best practices to maintain an elite safety record
* Work with the Admin Support Team to develop and implement employee training programs to ensure that staff members have the skills and knowledge they must have to be successful
* Manage overall staffing at the facility
* Equipment utilization, labor efficiency goals, training & cross training of team members, automation utilization.

 

Requirements

* Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience.
* Food Industry Experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
* Valid driver's license
* Pre-employment drug screen and background check
