Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Director of Ticketing Strategy/Revenue Generation will lead in the overall needs of ticket sales efforts for Eastern Kentucky University Athletics. This position will execute cross-functional work through consistent interaction with other revenue generating external units, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and by continuing to innovate in the ever-changing collegiate athletics landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: One year of experience in an intercollegiate athletics environment at the Division I level.

Job Duties:

* 75% - Sell Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Volleyball Season Tickets, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other ticket products; generate sales through phone contact, email, appointments, and new sales leads; build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service; work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game and achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. - ()
* 20% - Performs gameday duties for home events. - ()
* 5% - Other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics and Deputy AD of Athletics. - ()
